Creating vibrant celebrations with food and music from the West Indies.
Creating vibrant celebrations with food and music from the West Indies.
Dandimite serves bold, authentic Caribbean flavour — crafted with care for people, animals, and the planet.
All our dishes are made using Red Tractor–certified halal meat, ensuring trusted quality, full traceability, and high‑welfare standards from farm to plate.
We also guarantee no pork or pork‑based products anywhere on our menu.
Our commitment to sustainability runs through everything we do. We use environmentally friendly packaging to cut waste and protect the planet. In our kitchen, we cook with cold‑pressed rapeseed oil — a fully vegan‑friendly alternative that allows us to avoid palm oil entirely. For our vegan dishes, we switch to pure coconut oil, keeping every recipe natural, ethical, and rich with Caribbean character.
Dandimite: real island taste, responsible choices, and food you can feel good about.
Dandimite is more than a food stall — it’s a living celebration of Caribbean culture, community, and heritage. Founded by Anthony, Dandimite brings the soul of the West Indies to every plate, every rhythm, and every market moment.
🍽️ Our Food
We serve vibrant, traditional Caribbean dishes that honour our roots and excite the senses.
Anthony fires up the jerk pan with jerk chicken, BBQ wings, and sweet plantain, while Diane prepares curried goat, chickpea vegetable curry, rice and peas, jacket potatoes, pitta, and a selection of Jamaican patties.
Every dish is seasoned with heritage, warmth, and a taste of home.
🎶 Our Music
Dandimite moves to the heartbeat of the islands — classic reggae, lovers rock, soca, dancehall, and soul. We curate playlists and live sets that echo the spirit of Caribbean celebration, pairing food with rhythm, memory, and joy.
Whether it’s a bustling market day or a festive Christmas dance, the vibes are always rich, uplifting, and rooted in culture.
🌍 Anthony’s Heritage
Anthony’s roots run deep in Jamaica, where food and music are inseparable from identity. Raised in a family of cooks and selectors, he brings generational knowledge to the jerk pan — blending traditional techniques with street‑side flair.
His cooking honours the flavours of Kingston, Clarendon, and St. Elizabeth, while his playlists reflect the vinyl legacy of sound‑system culture.
At Dandimite, we believe in celebration with purpose — feeding bellies, lifting spirits, and honouring every story.
